So she stretches and holds it longer this time while he tickles around her belly. Next, she's instructed to do a back bend. She gets into position, bent over backward on her hands and feet, pushing her stomach up while the trainer tickles her belly button. They try that a few times, but she's so ticklish, she can't hold that position long enough to really maximize her ab workout. So he has her try one last standing maneuver. She must stretch and bend to each side, hold her position, while he tickles her tummy. She bends and holds to one side while he tickles her tummy, sides and hips. She then bends and holds it to the other side while he begins fingering and tickling inside her gorgeous bellybutton. Now she's ready for the final, most intense portion of this ingenious new workout. The trainer asks her to step off the mat. He flips the mat over and affixed to the other side are velcro restraints. Once she is bound with her hands above her head and feet apart, he tickle tortures her tummy and belly button without mercy keeping her suffering in hysterics and constant laughter. Now she's really getting her heart rate going! This is quite a workout for sure!  When he's finally done, she is sweaty and exhausted. He undoes her bondage and leave her to work out on her own for the rest of her time there.
