Scarlet has been bound in an undisclosed location awaiting her captors. When they arrive, Scarlet is shown the paperwork ordering that she be taken into custody as she is told to stand in the corner. Scarlet pleads for her release only to be greeted by the nimble fingers of her captor tickling her midriff before she is dragged into the interrogation room. Handcuffed on the interrogation table, Scarlet continues to beg for release promising that she knows nothing that would interest them. Like so many of the ticklish prisoners that have come before her, Scarlet is about to discover just how talkative she can be when her feet are held to a set of long nails that seek to tickle all her secrets out of her.
