Little Jackie Hoff had never been bound and tickled before this day. She wasn't quite sure what to expect. But once the tickling started, she quickly realized that this was real and that this was actually going to be tormenting for her. The moment I touched her soles and heard her laugh, I knew this was going to be fun..for me at least.
