Jessa was not looking forward to football season returning - it's the end of summer and worse her guy disappears for 4 months. So she decided to be playful and watch with him. She was willing to accept his terms - she'd be tied up barefoot in her jeans and gagged, but could cuddle up next to him on the couch.
