Overly-fierce competitors, Mistress Tempted and Tiffany Brookes, have been caught violating the company policy of keeping their shoes on (in addition to violating several other policies, in their catfight). However, the studio manager has found the perfect job for them ... an infomercial gig, for a foot-softening lotion!
The two are restrained, side-by-side and shoeless, because they must deal with having their feet fondled a lot, for the job. And that's where the tickling comes into play! Whether it's Tiffany's size 9 bare feet or Mistress Tempted's nylon-clad size 9s, shrieking, cackling and thrashing about, in a toe-tickled panic ensues!
