Even if they didn't need information, Batgirl and Black Canary would probably want some tickle payback, just for the hell of it, so they know they're in for it! In no time, both of them are howling with hearty guffaws and crazed cackles! Fingernails, feathers, brushes and other tickle tools create a symphony of laughter and begging, as Ivy and Harley explode into to toe-tal hysterics!
