However, she's too late and Dr. Starr uses the device to turn Black Canary's own Canary Cry against her! Now, the doctor needs the security codes for the Justice League Watchtower. Black Canary is soon locked into the stocks to be interrogated, but Dr. Starr just can't get the job done, so she calls in her henchman ... Slade Wilson!
