Lucy Purr's daughter, Meiko is up late watching TV. The seemingly stern mom makes Meiko go to bed, but Meiko has no idea it's because she intends to prank her! As Meiko snoozes, Lucy sneaks in and tickles her socked feet! Meiko stirs and giggles a bit, so Lucy takes it even further, removing the socks, bit by bit, to tickle her bare feet!
Meiko stirs restlessly as wicked fingernails skitter over her soft soles! Soon enough, she's full-on laughing and finally wakes up! When Lucy is confronted by her daughter, she claims that she was merely tucking Meiko in, because her feet were sticking out. Meiko pretends to believe Lucy, long enough for her sneaky mom to go to bed ... then Meiko plots her revenge!
She goes into Lucy's room and pulls the covers back from her feet! First she has a go at Lucy's socked feet, but Lucy is such a sound sleeper that Meiko easily removes the socks, without waking her. Now, Lucy's bare feet are at Meiko's mercy! Fingernails and a feather keep Lucy's tender, bare feet dancing, squirming and fidgeting restlessly as she giggles, stirs and even cackles out loud!
