A colleague has given Detective Joe Jutsu what seems to be an empty file, and asked him to protect it! Strange as it seems, even stranger still, a sexy, Asian thief, clad in black leather (Lucy Purr), tries to steal it! Joe catches her in the act and ropes her up, with her feet in the air, for questioning.
The detective wants to know why an empty file is such a big deal, but his captive isn't talking ... til he removes Lucy's shoes and tickles her nylon-clad feet! Cackling and shrieking fill the room as fingernails, feathers, the steel chopstick and soft brush attack her vulnerable soles and toes! Soon enough, she's begging for mercy, but it's going to cost her some answers about her objective, and Joe is more than willing to tickle her precious tootsies all day, if necessary!
