Reporter, Sablique Von Lux has an expose' about a big tech giant, in the works! She's supposed to be meeting her source, only to discover that she's walked into a trap, set by the CEO she's investigating! He straps her into the stocks and tickles her nylon-clad feet, to make her give up the identity of her source!
Fingernails, brushes, feathers and other tickle tools send her into hysterical fits of cackling, shrieking and even snorting! She can't take it, but she doesn't want to give up her source! She's willing to give him anything else, to end the foot-tickling nightmare, but it seems that they're at an impasse!
