Swat Officer Bella Ink has had enough of the the Police receiving all the credit for her work. So Swat Bella decides to show Police Andi who is top Cop! So, Bella sets up Andi to get her alone to capture her and is now bringing her to a house to interrogate her. So as Bella is questioning Andi she becomes less cooperative, so Bella has a great idea to tickle torture her while she's questioning her. As she Begins to tie down Andi she begins to take off her clothes to humiliate the Officer who keeps getting credit for her work. As Bella is tickling her with her fingers or objects she trying to find out who gave her credit for the big case that was cracked wide open. As Bella continues to wear down Andi with the relentless tickle torture she agrees if Officer Andi finally gives up the name she will untie her and they can partner up and bring "Featherbee" in.
