Detective Joe Jutsu has recovered a ledger containing the names of people willing to testify against major mob families. Unfortunately, his helper, Ruby Summers, double-crosses him and takes it. When Joe goes to Ruby's handler, Boss D. (Dannii Harwood), she's less than helpful. Frustrated, our hero takes the sexy, blonde crook captive and ties her up!
Joe thinks that Boss D may be in on the double-cross, so he asks her. When she refuses to be cooperative, he removes her expensive pumps, revealing a soft, wriggly pair of nylon-clad feet!
